i had a really enjoyable stay. the hotel is well decorated. the allocated room was lovely, spacious, comfortable and cleaned daily. i used both of the pools together with the well equipped gym, and all were very good.

the valet parking employee was rude and not professional. he was aggressively trying to open my car's door. he was knocking the window while it was locked. i refused to let them take my car.

the breakfast was acceptable (it had a decent variety of items).

The check-in process was slow. It took nearly thirty minutes. i requested an upgrade and paid for it. housekeeping was disappointing as only the bed was made on the first day. there was no replenishment of tea or coffee and dirty items remained.

The rooms felt somewhat dated, like they needed a refresh. Wallpaper was peeling in places, and the furniture had seen better days. Plus, getting hot water in the shower took forever. I had to run the tap for several minutes each morning. I expect better maintenance.

The breakfast had very good flavor and variety. I appreciated the staff. The hotel was near the airport and a short walk to metro. It was very convenient. There were a lot of loungers by the swimming pool, and lifeguards were present.

I booked a room. the room was not available, so they changed the reservation. Check-in happened after 3:00 pm, I had to wait about 30 minutes. The valet parking employee was rude and not professional. He aggressively tried to open my car while it looked.
